AMRAP Timer

As Many Rounds As Possible

Total Duration:10:00

About AMRAP workouts

AMRAP means “as many rounds as possible” within a fixed time cap. You choose a duration—common choices are 8–20 minutes—and repeat a small circuit of movements as many times as you can with safe, consistent form. At the end you record full rounds plus any extra reps from a partial round so you can compare the same workout on another day.

This page sets only the countdown. Plan your movements ahead of time (weights, rep targets per round, and order). Enter the time cap in minutes, optionally name the session, then use Start Workout to open the timer. Save for Later stores the preset in Saved Workouts on WOD Clock.

Simple session ideas

Keep circuits short so you can transition quickly between stations. For example: a five-minute block alternating air squats and push-ups; a ten-minute triplet of kettlebell swings, sit-ups, and a light cardio movement such as high knees; or a fifteen-minute sequence mixing rowing or running with basic gymnastics-style work. Adjust volume and intensity to your level—the format stays the same even when the exercises change.
